Colored to Colored Spot Tutorial
September 18, 2008Making your photo from
1. Open the picture you want to photoshop.
2. From the layers palette, create new layer. You can see how to create new layer in the picture below. Just click it.
3. Use the paint bucket tool and fill the layer with White.
4. Modify the layer into Saturation. See picture below:
5. Then use the eraser tool and erase the part that you to be colored 
Finish!
